Senior Pastor

Nick grew up in Star, NC and graduated from Carolina University in Winston Salem with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Bible and a minor in Humanities. He was awarded a Master of Arts degree in Ministry and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from the Piedmont Divinity School of Carolina University. In the past, Nick has served in music ministry and evangelism before his latest call to shepherd in the local church. Nick married his best friend Jocelyn in September 2023. Nick’s desire is to see the church on fire for God and to invest in the lives of the next generation of Christians.

Pastor Ernesto Robledo

Associate Pastor

Dr. Ernesto Robledo was born in Torreon Coahuila, Mexico. He was raised in Texas where he earned a Diploma in Theology in 1993 from the Hispanic Baptist Theological Seminary in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Robledo attended Wingate University in Wingate, NC where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Religion in 2002. He went on to Campbell University Divinity School where he also earned a Master’s degree in Theology in 2006. In addition, Dr. Robledo earned a Doctor in Ministry degree from Gardner-Webb University Divinity School in 2014.

Dr. Robledo brings 35 years of experience in Pastoral ministry. He has served in Southern Baptist churches in Candor, Robbins, and Star, NC where he served as pastor of Hispanic congregations. Dr. Robledo enjoys spending time with his family, and sharing the gospel with people. Dr. Robledo is married to his wife Irma D. Robledo. They have three children; Dr. Isai Robledo, Enoc Robledo and Iris Canul. They also have seven grandchildren: Elyssa Canul, Sofia Robledo, Zachary Canul, Elijah Robledo, Lydia Robledo, Sara Canul and Amelia Robledo.
